But where I do see a difference is being able to shoot a heavy arrow and still keep some speed. If you are comforatable with 80, then shoot 80. Future. From what i see, leveling characters to 80 or 90 isn't really worth it since you barely get stat increase. Also you unlock all the character talents at lv 70 so i think it's better to just stay at that. Also you use too much resources when leveling characters to 80-90. Only thing that matters are artifacts, weapons and talent level. Going 90/90 is a small increase vs 80/90, but all of the small increases add up. Plus, resources are easy to farm. Spend a week on Mora and Exp Leylines, and you'll have more than enough. Definitely beats farming an Artifact Domain for a full month to marginally improve 1 Substat.
